Every Rêves de Sabine product is handcrafted in small batches with great care. Because of the personal nature of skincare, body care, and fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Natural Perfumes
We take great pride in each of our natural perfume blends, but fragrance is very personal and subjective. Because each perfume is handcrafted, we cannot offer returns or refunds based on fragrance preference. If you are unfamiliar with a fragrance, we recommend trying a sample first whenever available.

Sensitivities & Allergies
We formulate our skincare with ingredients carefully chosen for their gentleness, without added fragrance, and we do not use preservatives in any of our products. However, even natural ingredients can cause sensitivities or allergic reactions in some individuals. We encourage you to review the full ingredient list before purchasing and to patch test a product before use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can look into the shipment. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will replace your order at no additional cost.
